Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our prestigious hotel/resort in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email marketing
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and brand consistency
  • Represent the hotel/resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local Qatar and Gulf region hospitality market
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the hotel/resort's brand standards and values

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury hotel/resort market trends
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
  • Expertise in social media marketing and digital campaign management
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of local culture and business practices in Qatar and the Gulf region
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Professional certifications in hospitality or marketing are preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
