About this Position
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Migration Specialist for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Washington DC. In this role, you’ll support the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Job Responsibilities
• Support the migration and deployment of various end-user devices.
• Provide deskside assistance throughout the migration process.
• Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, and endpoint devices.
• Deploy and configure laptops and desktop systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration technical issues and user concerns.
Job Skills/Requirements
• Prior experience in deskside support and device deployment.
• Familiarity with mobile and endpoint device management (MDM) platforms.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring laptops and desktops.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be based in the DC area and available to work on-site, five days a week.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25–$27/hour
