Company Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Architectural Project Manager to oversee and coordinate architectural projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong consultancy firm experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and initiation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
Oversee quality assurance and control throughout all project phases.
Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and manage project documentation.
Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Manage authority approvals and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
3–7 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience with consultancy firms is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
