We are hiring a Male Director for our Mattresses & Foam Company in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build healthy relationships with suppliers, distributors & Key stakeholders
• Manage factory operations to insure productivity, quality & safety
• Improve workflows, reduce costs & raise quality standards
• Provide strategic leadership to expand market share
• Train & mentor management team & staff
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or similar
• Experience in African Market & Business strategy development
• 5+ Years of experience in Mattress Manufacturing
• French is a MUST
