We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor for an Hotel Located in Iraq to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain service standards.
  • Monitor check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and billing accuracy.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in a front office or guest services supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with front office systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in Opera is a must
  • Hotel Experience is a must
  • Nationality: Lebanese
