Job Description

Job Title: Sales Admin / Commercial

Location: Bhopal, MP, India

About the Role

Support the Project Sales team with key operational tasks—managing sales applications, processing orders, generating reports, and coordinating incentives. This role ensures excellent administrative execution for seamless commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by handling CRM/SAP-related tasks (order processing, SKU updates, territory changes)

  • Verify and ratify sales transactions accurately and timely, correcting system errors

  • Generate and share sales performance reports—volume, value, budget vs actuals

  • Prepare precise quarterly and annual incentive calculations; liaise with payroll for payouts

  • Assist commercial leads in vendor invoice processing and logistics coordination

  • Test new sales applications before rollout and conduct unit-level audits for process improvements

  • Update applicator/vendor records and ensure compliant documentation and gift distribution timelines

Essential Criteria

  • Education: Graduate degree (BA/B.Com/BBA/BMS, etc.)—full‑time course, minimum 50% marks, no backlogs

  • Experience: Open to freshers; prior internship or administrative exposure in CRM usage is a plus

  • Skills: Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency; CRM/SAP familiarity preferred; strong verbal and written communication

  • Flexible to travel across units in India—relocation within Pan‑India as required
