About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our showroom operations in Jbeil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, with a proven track record in furniture and mattresses. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a small team, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Jbeil showroom.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.

• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.

• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to senior management.

• Train and onboard new staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or mattress industry.

• Prior retail or showroom management experience is a must.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ).

• Fluent in Arabic; working knowledge of English or French is a plus.
