Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Zalqa, Lebanon. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our company's products and services in the local market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on sales activities
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's offerings
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B or B2C environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Persuasive presentation and public speaking abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Sales certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Familiarity with local market trends and business practices in Lebanon
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
