Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Executive Secretary role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management of Ethra HR. This involves ensuring that office operations run smoothly and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, manage confidential information, and coordinate effective meetings and travel arrangements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing executive schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinating communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Assisting in project management and following up on action items.
