we looking for Service Designer, you will design end-to-end service experiences that meet human needs and business goals. You’ll work on strategic and system-level projects involving research, ideation, and prototyping of new service solutions.

    •    Map current and future-state service journeys
    •    Facilitate co-creation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
    •    Develop personas, journey maps, blueprints, and service concepts
    •    Collaborate with researchers, designers, and strategists
    •    Prototype and test service interactions and touchpoints

    •    Degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, UX, or related fields
    •    Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and design thinking
    •    Experience with Figma, Miro, or similar tools
    •    Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
    •    Curious, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity
