Data Engineer - Mid-Level

About this position

We're seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to support data design and delivery within our Risk Assurance Data and System projects. The ideal candidate is an independent, technically adept professional who can identify and lead data engineering initiatives. You will work closely with data analysts, IT teams, and business partners to ensure optimal data pipeline and model development.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and models across various technologies
• Analyze raw data sets and combine information from multiple sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance
• Lead data solution design, modeling, and implementation, ensuring secure and efficient code

Skills/Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, Databricks & Alteryx
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and integration techniques
• Familiarity with Azure, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools
• Experience with data modeling, cloud technologies, and end-to-end data architecture

Pay Range

Pay Range: $60-$70/hour
