Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Creative Design Lead to take ownership of our brand’s visual expression across all platforms. This role blends strategic brand direction with digital design and user experience input, ensuring cohesive, high-impact visuals across every touchpoint — from social media and packaging to website and outsourced creative work.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive visuals across all channels.
Lead the creative direction for campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
Collaborate with leadership to align design work with business objectives and brand evolution.
Digital & Social Media Design
Design high-impact visuals for social media (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, ads) and digital campaigns.
Ensure all digital assets adhere to platform best practices and brand standards.
UX & Web Design
Partner with the web team to improve user experience (UX) through intuitive layouts, icons, and visuals.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and graphics for website updates or landing pages.
Optimize web visuals for responsiveness and accessibility.
Project & Vendor Management
Manage outsourced design work, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Manage timelines, feedback loops, and asset delivery for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and social media work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (for UX/web collaboration).
Strong understanding of social media trends, digital advertising, and responsive design principles.
Experience with UX fundamentals (e.g., wireframing, user flows) is a plus.
Ability to translate marketing goals into strategic visual solutions.
Leadership skills to guide junior designers or external vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
