Technology Support Technician

You’ll work in a fast-paced professional environment, helping resolve complex issues related to laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise software.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level, in-person support to resolve technical issues on laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment

• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows and Apple devices, including MacBooks, iOS, and Android phones

• Support print devices including HP, Xerox, and Canon printers

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

• Track issues and resolutions in ServiceNow; maintain and coordinate IT inventory

Job Skills/Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and laptop troubleshooting

• Experience supporting Apple and Android devices

• Confident communicator with strong customer service and face-to-face support skills

• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

• Familiar with Yammer, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
