Job Description
The Role
We need a Sales Manager to grow our customer base and drive revenue. You'll sell our AI recruitment platform to Saudi companies and recruitment agencies, working closely with our Brand Leader who has strong local networks.
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue
- Sell Kanz platform to HR teams and recruitment agencies
- Handle full sales process from first call to signed contract
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build pipeline of potential customers
Client Relationships
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Negotiate contracts with Saudi companies
- Attend industry events and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
Reporting
- Track sales activities in CRM system
- Provide weekly pipeline and forecast reports
- Work with marketing team on lead generation
Qualifications
Essential
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Native Arabic and professional English
- Experience selling to Saudi companies (SAR 25K+ deals)
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Understanding of Saudi business culture
Preferred
- HR, recruitment, or technology sales background
- Existing relationships with Saudi corporate HR teams
- SaaS or subscription sales experience
- Bachelor's degree

Compensation
- Base salary: SAR 12,000-15,000/month
- Commission: 5-8% of deals closed
- Stock options: 0.25-0.5% equity
