Infrastructure Project Manager – Financial Services

About this Position
Do you thrive in high-pressure environments managing complex infrastructure projects? Join a global financial firm’s fast-paced technology team to coordinate real-time market data and electronic trading infrastructure projects. This role focuses on client connectivity and extranet services within low-latency environments and requires hands-on experience in project execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Note: This position requires 2–3 days onsite. Friday and Saturday work is required. Candidates must be able to provide examples of prior roles where they have worked weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects for client connectivity and electronic trading systems

• Manage the full project lifecycle: procurement, hardware installation, and network setup

• Coordinate across technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams

• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure success

• Support data center and co-location site implementations for network and trading infrastructure

Job Skills/Requirements

• 15+ years of technology project management experience

• Deep knowledge of low-latency infrastructure, market data systems, and electronic trading

• Strong experience in physical infrastructure, LAN/WAN, and telecommunications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and MS Teams

• Skilled in Jira, ServiceNow, and workflow/project management tools

• Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and accountability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels

• Familiarity with financial exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq, etc.) and vendors like BT/TNS

• Experience with Kanban, Agile, and PMP certification is a plus

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $90 - $95/hr
