About this Position
We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused Call Center Representative to support fraud operations. In this role, you’ll interact with clients over the phone to verify identities, assist with debit and credit card fraud blocks, and answer account-related questions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding potential account fraud
• Confirm customer identity and provide account support
• Assist with fraud holds on debit and credit cards
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and case notes within internal systems
Job Skills/Requirements
• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Pay Range:
$19–$20/hour
