Hardware Support Technician

About this Position
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardware Support Technician for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician passionate about deskside support and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
• Support the migration and deployment of various end-user hardware.
• Provide deskside technical support throughout the migration process.
• Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop systems.
• Assist with imaging and configuring devices to meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration hardware and software issues.

Job Skills/Requirements
• Prior experience in deskside support and hardware deployment.
• Proficiency with mobile and endpoint device management platforms (MDM).
• Experience imaging, deploying, and maintaining laptops and desktops.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be based in the DC area and available to work on-site, five days a week.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour
