In this role, you’ll act as a vital connection between Provider Relations and Change Control Management, handling everything from gathering requirements to post-project implementation. Job Responsibilities
• Participate in requirements gathering and communicate scope or requirement changes to leadership.
• Perform analysis, planning, testing, and deployment of assigned projects.
• Respond to inquiries regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance processes.
• Research and report identified issues with findings and recommended solutions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Skills/Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with healthcare providers and healthcare terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.

Pay Range: $19-20/hour
