Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization and related matters in the government sectors.

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for government officials and team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for government documents and records
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and briefings
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information exchange
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and team members as required
  • Ensure compliance with government portals
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in government services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabian government services (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
