The Consultant M&A Financial Due Diligence role is a critical position that is responsible for conducting in-depth financial analyses of potential acquisition targets. This role is instrumental in assessing the historic data of these targets, forecasting their future profitability and cash flow and providing insightful, actionable advice that can significantly influence acquisition prices.

The main purpose of this job is to thoroughly understand the business model of potential acquisition targets and identify any underlying trends. By presenting these findings in a detailed, comprehensive manner, you will help the clients fine-tune their valuation and negotiation strategies. This role requires constant collaboration with high level clients including CEOs and CFOs, and plays a pivotal part in supporting national and international clients, predominantly Dutch Private Equity firms.

• Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence analyses of acquisition targets.
• Identify underlying trends and assess the business model of acquisition targets.
• Prepare and present detailed reports with findings to the clients.
• Collaborate with clients on discussion of analyses and findings.
• Support national and international clients mainly focusing on Dutch Private Equity firms.

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis.
