Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations in Qatar and Iran. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in these key Middle Eastern markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hotel performance and profitability
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of department heads and staff to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Manage financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with local and international hospitality standards and regulations
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles
- Proven track record of successful hotel operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial management and budgeting abilities
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of local and international hospitality standards and regulations
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and hospitality practices
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Farsi is a plus
