We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, increase market share, and generate high-quality leads in the Middle East region.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

- Measure and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Middle East region
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Experience with market research and data-driven decision making
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends and best practices in the Middle East region
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
