Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, increase market share, and generate high-quality leads in the Middle East region.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and support business objectives
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Middle East region
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Experience with market research and data-driven decision making
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing trends and best practices in the Middle East region
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
