Data Scientist – Org Planning Support

This role supports organizational planning by driving product insights, metric definitions, and advanced analysis to influence feature development and topline growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery analysis to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities

• Define metrics and support reporting for product and feature releases

• Develop predictive models and advanced algorithms to extract business value

• Collaborate with engineers to turn prototypes into scalable product features

• Deliver ad hoc analysis and data visualizations to support decision-making

Job Skills/Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages

• Familiarity with Hadoop, Tableau, or similar big data and visualization tools

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret experimental results

• Excellent written communication skills to explain complex findings clearly

Pay Range: $85 - $90/hr
