Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Oversee direct supply chain upstream procurement and ensure traceability to the program area aligned with the company quality standard and market price
- Provide regular communication to regional coordinators for daily updates procurement and sustainability activities.
- Travel to supplier locations (including remote areas) for procurement, quality control (QC) analysis, and sustainability related activities.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with external stakeholders (i.e. farmers, suppliers, etc.) and support them to implement relevant standards (e.g. traceability, sustainability certification, and quality standards).
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field activities, certification standards, and coffee sourcing.
- Monitor the execution of field activities and control associated costs while maintaining the high standard for the sustainability initiatives (i.e. training programs, coffee nurseries, and demo plots)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on coffee delivery, processing operation and quality control.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Sciences, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Forestry, or related field.
- Sound knowledge of agriculture commodity procurement and processing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a professional in coffee, cocoa, or any plantation commodity.
- Practical knowledge of certifications such as Café Practice, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, Fairtrade, and others.
- Knowledge of coffee production is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate and travel within Sulawesi.
