Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in managing day-to-day operations, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling

  • Support compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies

  • Promote a healthy and motivational workplace culture aligned with company values

  • Handle employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain and update employee records using HR software and systems

  • Support employee engagement and relations initiatives

  • Help implement performance management and employee development processes

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
