Client Account Manager

YUPRO Placement is partnering with a global investment consulting firm to hire a full-time Client Account Manager in Stamford, CT. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company advising on $700B+ in alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate.

In this client-facing role, you’ll act as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams, supporting high-impact investment advisory services. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage client data, deliver reports, and help identify opportunities for cross-functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management

• Coordinate and attend regular client meetings and investment manager calls

• Prepare and review timely and accurate client deliverables

• Manage onboarding for new accounts and provide system training

• Support internal client records including preferences, budgets, and due diligence

• Collaborate with internal analysts to highlight relevant investment research

• Gather client feedback and support event planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 1+ year of customer-facing or client service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
