Guest Communications Data & Business Intelligence Consultant

Are you passionate about using data to transform how customers experience communications? Join a dynamic team focused on optimizing guest communication strategies across multiple digital channels. In this role, you’ll lead the design, documentation, and testing of communication rules to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally and leverage AI, data analytics, and business intelligence tools to enhance communication processes and guest experience outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and document business rules for guest communications across email, SMS, and app

• Evaluate and optimize communication strategies using data analysis and performance metrics

• Design and lead proofs of concept for new communications technologies and strategies

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative communication solutions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis to resolve process gaps

Job Skills/Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in communications, project management, or process innovation

• Proven experience managing communication systems and workflows

• Strong understanding of multi-channel communications and CRM systems

• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with analytics tools and BI platforms

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in fast-paced environments

• Experience with Airship, Sabre, Amadeus, Sprinklr, or 15Below is a plus

• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking methodologies preferred

• Prior experience in an airline or hospitality industry is a strong advantage

• Project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Pay Range
Pay Range: $55 - $65 /hr
