Talent Acquisition Program Manager

About this Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to support our client’s Technology, Experience, and Enablement team. In this role, you’ll help build and execute high-impact recruiting programs that drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance the candidate and recruiter experience. Job Responsibilities

• Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring hiring practices align with legal standards (EEO, ADA, GDPR).
• Develop and implement scalable processes to reduce compliance risk in recruitment.
• Partner with HR Compliance and Legal teams to deliver ongoing guidance to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Coordinate training tools, materials, meetings, and communications across the TA team.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Skills/Requirements

• Strong project management skills with an eye for process improvement.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition compliance topics (EEO, ADA, GDPR, etc.).
• Ability to audit, analyze, and report on recruitment-related data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Operations.

Pay Range:

$60–$70/hour
