This is a fully remote role (preference for candidates local to Marlborough, MA).

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support business operations within a logistics group. This is a unique opportunity for a technical professional with strong project management and systems experience who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll handle system testing, issue resolution, documentation, and drive continuous improvement alongside business and IT partners. • Support application deployments and onboarding processes.

• Manage post-change validations to ensure updates meet business needs.

• Collaborate with IT to test and communicate system patches and upgrades.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by end-users.

• Create and maintain documentation for new processes, SOPs, and key business decisions.

• Coordinate efforts across Logistics, IT, and vendors to resolve system-related issues.

• Lead and support project management tasks on large initiatives, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines.

• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts to enhance functionality and efficiency.

• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams.

• Hands-on experience with system testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with trade compliance systems (e.g., Datacart) is a plus.

• Logistics and/or retail industry experience preferred.

• Preference for candidates with longer tenures at previous roles.

• Fully remote; candidates in the Marlborough, MA area may be asked to come into the office quarterly.

$50–$55/hour
