Operations & Financial Analyst

About this position

This is a great opportunity for a motivated early-career analyst to use their data and communication skills to support operational and financial strategies across a high-performing distribution center network. You'll work cross-functionally and gain hands-on experience with performance metrics, reporting, and improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Track key performance indicators and ensure consistent, accurate reporting
• Support monthly consolidation and performance reporting across distribution centers
• Serve as a liaison between operations and business partners to communicate production needs
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to improve visibility and efficiency
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve data insights, team efficiency, and accuracy

Job Skills/Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a finance, operations, or analyst role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally

Pay Range: $27–$32/hour
