Business Analyst – Product Development
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Framingham, MA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

We're looking for a Business Analyst to support integrated business solutions in product development. You'll play a vital role in analyzing complex workflows, driving the adoption of best practices, and delivering measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is eager to understand the “why” behind every process.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
- Facilitate the design and delivery of end-to-end process, technical, and organizational solutions.
- Partner with SMEs to align expectations with project progress and outcomes.
- Support all phases of implementation—requirements, testing, training, and functional configuration.
- Drive creation and execution of business analyst deliverables including process maps, data flows, and test plans.
Skills/Requirements
- Product development experience or experience as a PLM Admin preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to create use cases, data flow diagrams, requirements specs, and testing documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay Range
$26–$33/hour
