Job Description

The Business Development Manager will focus on lead generation, cold calling, securing meetings with potential clients, and managing the full sales cycle. This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented professional eager to make an impact in the IT staffing and consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively generate leads and conduct cold calls to identify potential clients.

  • Client Acquisition & Meetings: Secure meetings with prospects, present tailored IT staffing and consulting solutions, and close new business.

  • Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire clients and negotiate contracts.

  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to clients.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT staff augmentation or consulting.

  • Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
