About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and support business growth
Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Build and manage the marketing team, and coordinate with external agencies when necessary
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
3–5+ years of experience in a marketing management role
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
