Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Manage employee onboarding processes and new hire orientations
  • Administer benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits and leave of absence
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; Associates Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS ( Successfactor or Workday)  and data entry, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive and empathetic approach
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $75.400 – $82.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
