This is a contract position.
This is an onsite opportunity located in Boston, MA.
About this position
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Support professional to assist one or more mid-level managers in a low to medium-complex work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support for the team.
Job Responsibilities
Place, receive, and route telephone calls efficiently.
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle typing, filing, faxing, and organizing both incoming and outgoing mail.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is always well-stocked.
Provide backup coverage to other administrative desks as needed.
Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to handle administrative duties and office tasks.
