User Experience Researcher (UXR)

About this position

Are you passionate about uncovering insights into user behavior and motivations? We’re looking for a talented User Experience Researcher (UXR) to play a key role in supporting the planning, recruitment, and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with researchers and cross-functional teams to drive impactful user research that will help shape product and design decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant recruitment and manage research logistics.

• Manage participant incentives and ensure proper distribution.

• Assist with survey design, distribution, and data collection.

• Support qualitative research tasks, including interview scheduling and note-taking.

• Analyze and synthesize data to create insights and reports.

• Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate research findings into product development.

• Communicate research findings and provide recommendations for design improvements.

• Support the creation of user personas and journey maps.

• Assist in organizing user testing sessions and gathering feedback for improvements.

• Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., Ethnio, Qualtrics, UserTesting) is a plus.

Skills/Requirements

• 3+ years leading user research with both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams and relationship-building skills.

• Skilled at turning complex data and insights into clear, actionable takeaways.

• Experienced in project planning, managing timelines, and preventing scope creep.

• Familiar with various research methods, basic statistics, and data analysis.

• Highly organized with attention to detail while managing multiple projects.

• Proactive communicator and creative problem solver.

• Passionate about understanding user needs and balancing business priorities.

• Able to work independently and in teams.

• Exceptional interpersonal and observation skills.

Pay Range
Salary Range: $55-60/hr
