Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Promoter to join our team in Lebanon, United States. As a Medical Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in the local area.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and key decision-makers in medical facilities
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare field
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
