About this Position
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support and training to employees, including those working remotely. This role will work closely with our managed service provider to ensure the firm’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. The technician will also support special projects related to technology deployment and improvement.

About this Position
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support and training to employees, including those working remotely. This role will work closely with our managed service provider to ensure the firm’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. The technician will also support special projects related to technology deployment and improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for IT-related needs, coordinating with the firm’s managed service provider.
- Provide onsite IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer issues, escalating as needed.
- Assist in deploying new hardware, software, and technology systems.Collaborate with the firm’s Technology Steering Committee to assess and enhance firm-wide technology solutions.
- Manage procurement and deployment of new technology and equipment.
- Work with application vendors to resolve support issues.
- Provide initial and ongoing training on firm systems and applications for attorneys and staff.
- Minimum of one year of experience in IT support.
- IT Support Certification preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines with careful attention to detail.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Citrix.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgment.
