Job Description
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer, Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to streamline our organization's IT service management processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements
- Analyze and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to improve performance and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and processes
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Experience with web services, REST APIs, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with business process automation and workflow design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The salary rate for this position is anticipated to range between $66,000 – $140.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
