Job Description

A reputable Pharmacy is located in Baabda is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files and documents.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Take charge in the owner’s absence, ensuring business continuity and handling any urgent matters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials.
  • Run errands and perform miscellaneous personal and professional tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge in social media management and AI tools and automation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
