Customer Support Representative

About this Position

Join a dynamic Contact Center team where you'll create positive interactions with customers daily. As a Contact Center Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable service experiences and resolving customer inquiries with a customer-first mentality.

Job Responsibilities

• Field a variety of incoming customer calls, providing high-quality solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships by recommending products and services.
• Manage back-to-back calls with scheduled breaks throughout the day.
• Receive extensive paid training to handle inquiries of increasing complexity.
• Deliver exceptional service that customers will want to share with friends and family.

Job Skills/Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with computers and strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive, customer-focused mindset with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to navigate difficult situations, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Additional Information

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules, including 1 weekend day. Must be able to work holidays.
• In-office is required on Mondays and Tuesdays.
