Your key duties

We are currently seeking a talented Freelance Translator and Interpreter to join our team. You will work closely with our colleagues to provide accurate and culturally nuanced translations that facilitate seamless cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities:

• Translate intricate documents such as RFPs, proposals, reports, and contracts from English to Arabic and vice versa, ensuring the preservation of intended meaning and tone.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure a comprehensive understanding of subject matter, providing accurate and contextually appropriate translations.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize written communication processes and contribute to the success of various projects.
• Proofread translated texts to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and high-quality output.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in translation to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Your skills and experience

• A degree in Translation Studies or Language Studies is preferred.
• Over five years of experience in translation and interpretation, with a specialization in legal, technical, and business translation.
• Exceptional linguistic capabilities in both English and Arabic.
• Strong research skills to ensure accurate and contextually appropriate translations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the integrity of the original text.
