We are seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic legal team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career legal professional to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment.

• Assist senior legal advisors in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters
• Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide support in compliance-related issues and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with different departments to address legal inquiries and provide guidance
• Participate in the preparation of legal opinions and memoranda
• Assist in managing and organizing legal files and documentation
• Stay updated on changes in Saudi Arabian law and regulations relevant to the company's operations
• Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 0-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent contract drafting and review abilities
• Proficiency in legal writing and documentation
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian law and legal system
• Familiarity with legal software and databases
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
• Saudi bar association membership is preferred
• Understanding of international business law is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
