What you will be doing:

This role is part of a Future Forward initiative to introduce the new Client Support Operating Model (CSOM).  You will be part of a team that is changing the way that FIS provides client support in production.  The focus is on optimizing the way FIS works together and ensuring that our tooling is consistent and supports what we need.

  • Work with various organizations within FIS to educate them on the new CSOM and work with them on how they will adopt the new model
  • Help develop a Governance board to review and align changes across the organization and approve exceptions to the model
  • Ensure that the teams can rollout the changes without losing data or reporting capabilities
  • Provide thought leadership to driving out change and building acceptance in the company

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $69,390.00 - $113,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
