We are in Lubumbashi, Africa & hiring a Production Manager in a furniture manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor production progress
- Supervise, train and mentor production staff
- Oversee inventory effectively
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent FRENCH is a MUST & age between 30 and 55.
- With 10+ years of experience in a furniture manufacturing and wood knowledge
- Strong problem solving and leadership skills
