Job summary As an Online Applications Specialist within the Assassin’s Creed Online Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the brand’s games. Additionally, you will handle the necessary configurations for all online services from development to live deployment.

About the Assassin’s Creed Brand Online team

We are a small team supporting the Assassin’s Creed brand, including past, current, and future games.

You will report to the Operations pillar of the Assassin’s Creed Online Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for online services.
  • Identify, research, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues in collaboration with development, production, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in the implementation of diagnostic tools (telemetry, metrics), monitor them, and correct anomalies as needed (Grafana, Kibana/Elastic).
  • Assist in the preparation, configuration, testing, and deployment of online service configurations.
  • Offer a high level of customer service to various stakeholders.
  • Document, distribute, and escalate requests or issues as necessary.
  • Stay updated on Ops/DevOps trends and new technologies related to our field for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of clear and measurable metrics (success plans, KPIs, etc.) to track the progress of our environments, produce and disseminate data to ensure quality communication.
  • Act as the primary contact and specialist, maintaining constant communication with team members throughout the process

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Bilingual  French/English
  • Relevant technical experience related to support and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of global online services and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
  • Ability to formulate proposals and make informed decisions on assigned topics.
  • A keen and operationally focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Initiative-driven with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate our methods and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to ensure effective collaboration between different pillars of the team.
