Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor Foam / Mattresses production progress
- Supervise, train and mentor production staff
- Oversee inventory effectively
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent FRENCH is a MUST
- Age between 30 and 45.
- With 6+ years of experience in production management for a Foam Factory
- Strong problem solving and leadership skills
