About the role:

The Business Analyst for Generative AI will play a pivotal role in shaping the Capital Markets Services Generative AI initiatives. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing AI strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance our financial services.

• The Capital Markets Services Transformation and Acceleration Team has four primary functions:
  • Service Acceleration – Changing processes and technology to help consulting, CX, and CIO (through packages, Automation, Robotics, and Educational Content).
  • Service Development - Support the lines of business, working with sales, presales, development, and managing the evolution of our services.
  • Service Enablement – Planning and Validation to support consulting and managing the Capital Markets relationship with CIO, working with Delivery Management and Supporting Escalations.
  • Transformation Ops – Driving oversight of key transformation programs and organizational effectiveness.

What you will be doing:

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform Generative AI strategies within the Capital Markets Services.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI and financial technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
• Work on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 7+ years of proven working experience as a BA in the FinTech world (preferred exposure to AI).
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
• Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Proven experience in eliciting and clear documentation of business and systems requirements.
• Experience in using Agile / Lean practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment.
