Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Design Specialist with a minimum of more than 3 years of experience as an Urban Designer,.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standardized criteria for approving urban design plans, addressing common reasons for permit rejections, and suggesting eKective remedies. Additionally, they will propose guidelines highlighting local nuances for urban design across various development types, oKer strategies to stimulate investment in the real estate sector, and enhance design elements to accommodate social norms and privacy concerns within diKerent regions. The Urban Design Specialist will also develop design, specification, and construction methodologies for canopies, cantilevers, and projections to maintain visual integrity, refine approval processes for urban design plans, conduct studies to mitigate parking challenges, identify issues related to land-use regulations, and establish a monitoring system to enhance the quality of urban design features

Qualifications and Skills: -Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Urban Designer.  - Proven experience in urban design, architecture, or urban planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. - In-depth knowledge of urban design principles, zoning regulations, and land-use policies. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -
